I don't know if I understand the translation of the question correctly. I understand that you took two tablets at a time and were advised to take one a day or two in divided doses? Dydrogesterone (the active ingredient in Duphaston) is well tolerated when taken orally, taking 2 tablets does not pose any risk to your health. Similarly, a one-time situation of this type should not endanger the health of the child (as long as I understand correctly that you are pregnant). Take subsequent tablets as prescribed by your doctor. If you are unsure about your treatment, please  consult your doctor.
