Good morning, the doctor prescribed me the medicine today during the check-up, without explaining too much, and now I have doubts. Can EXACYL 1g/10 ml oral solution be taken 3 times a day at 50 kg? I have undergone a complicated procedure of conization - stenosis - as a result of which there is a frequent cessation of menstrual bleeding and hematomas on the cervix or in the uterus (without bleeding or external spotting). Is it safe to use this drug at this dose or will you get clots?

is extremely rare with Exacyl. This is not a common side effect of this drug, especially when taken in a therapeutic dose (as in your case).
The recommendation of frequent dosing of the drug is due to its mechanism of action – "After oral administration, tranexamic acid is absorbed quickly, reaching maximum serum concentration at 2-3 hours after administration; after 6 hours, no serum product is found."
So follow your doctor's instructions.
