Yes, you can do a general urine test the day after taking Monural. However, the results may not be conclusive, as the antibiotic Monural can affect the results by reducing the number of bacteria and masking inflammation.

For an accurate diagnosis of infection, it is recommended to perform a follow-up urine culture 7-14 days after the end of treatment to ensure that the infection has been successfully treated. A general urine test will assess its physical and chemical properties, but it will not provide information about the presence of bacteria.
