Lorafen and Pramolan are prescription medicines and should be taken according to the doctor's instructions.

The combination of opipramol (Pramolan) and lorazepam (Lorafen) may increase the side effects of these medicines or increase the likelihood of their occurrence. Side effects that may occur after taking medication together include, m.in, dizziness, impaired concentration and coordination, excessive sleepiness, as well as difficulty judging the situation.

If the preparations were prescribed by the same specialist or doctors who knew about other medicines you are taking, follow the recommended dosage carefully.
If the medications have been prescribed by different specialists, a consultation will be necessary to determine the validity of their combined use and the appropriate dosage.
