I have postcoital cystitis and every time it leads to inflammation of the kidneys. The doctor prescribed Monural once a week for a month, just after sexual intercourse. Is it safe to take an antibiotic? Another doctor advised me to drink Monural once. This is my 5th antibiotic in six months, and yet I don't want to drink it again

Regular use of Monural (fosfomycin) for the prevention of cystitis after intercourse can be effective and used short-term, but requires careful monitoring by a doctor. Excessive or long-term use of antibiotics increases the risk of bacterial resistance and affects the gut microbiome and immune system.
If infections recur despite treatment, it is worth investigating their cause, e.g. performing a urine culture test, assessing the anatomy of the urinary tract or testing immunity. It is worth considering alternative methods of prevention, such as increased intimate hygiene, adequate hydration, supplementation with D-mannose or probiotics to support urinary tract health, in consultation with your doctor.
