There are no contraindications to the use of Taninal in a child diagnosed with epilepsy. This drug acts locally within the gastrointestinal tract.
It should be borne in mind that Taninal may reduce the absorption of concomitant medicines. However, if your child is taking any other medicines, the time between taking them and taking Taninal should be at least 2 hours.
