Thank you for pointing out the mistake, indeed the question was about colposcopy. It is usually recommended to stop taking vaginal medication 24-48 hours before this test. It is worth confirming this with the doctor performing the test.
The lady asked about colposcopy, not colonoscopy...

Deflagyn is a preparation used vaginally, the ingredients of which act locally. Usually, it should not have a direct impact on the possibility of performing a colonoscopy the next day, as it does not affect the intestines or the results of the endoscopic examination.
It is always a good idea to inform the doctor conducting the study about the use of any medications/preparations before performing the test.
