My urologist prescribed me Adatam. I read everywhere that you should take it in the morning after the first meal. However, the doctor recommended that you always take this medicine at night. Should I follow the doctor's recommendations or the leaflet? Maybe the doctor made a mistake.

According to the package leaflet, Adatam should be swallowed whole, after breakfast or after the first meal of the day. However, your doctor may recommend that you take the medicine at a different time than the one described in the leaflet, please follow the specialist's instructions. The reason for this decision could have been, for example, the risk of dizziness or fainting after using the drug.
If you have further doubts about the recommended dosage, you should consult your doctor. Similarly, a consultation is advisable if the recommended time of use of the drug turns out to be troublesome for you (the drug may cause more frequent use of the toilet, which may be troublesome when used at night).
