Is one dose of Fluomizin enough to cure an infection?

Why my physician only prescribe me with 1 dose of Fluomizin? Is that enough? She was judgemental when i went to consult with her. I told her all the symptoms too.

According to the manufacturer's guidelines, Fluomizin should be used vaginally for 6 consecutive days. Treatment of less than 6 days may cause symptoms to return. Any confusion about treatment should be discussed with your treating doctor.
