The combined use of both preparations may increase the INR, and thus prolong the blood clotting time. I would recommend consulting your doctor again, especially if both drugs have been prescribed by different specialists. If both medications are necessary, your doctor may recommend additional check-ups and monitoring of blood clotting rates, as well as modifying the doses of your medications if necessary.
