Such a combination can be used, but you should observe the body's reaction and if you observe a decrease in the effectiveness of Tibolone, consult a doctor.
According to the manufacturer of Tibolone:
"Hormonal contraceptives containing estrogens, when used concomitantly, have been shown to significantly reduce plasma concentrations of lamotrigine as a result of induction of lamotrigine glucuronidation.
This can reduce seizure control. Although the potential interaction between hormone replacement therapy and lamotrigine has not been studied, it is expected that there is a similar interaction that may lead to reduced seizure control in women using both medicinal products concomitantly."
