Good morning
The pharmacist dispensed the drug incorrectly, i.e. the prescription was for the prevenar 20 vaccine and we received prevenar 13. The clinic also did not notice any error and the child was vaccinated with Prevenar 13. The error was noticed by the pharmacist only the next day and then we were informed about it. Since we received a different product, I understand that we are entitled to a refund of the amount for prevenar 13.

First of all, you should consult your pediatrician and inform them about the whole situation.
When it comes to a full refund for a poorly dispensed prescription - the pharmacist is not obliged to do so. Nevertheless, it is worth applying for a refund of the difference in the price of both drugs - on the basis of a sales document, i.e. a receipt.
