Fluconazole is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungal infections such as oral candidiasis. It can be taken after a meal, which does not adversely affect its absorption.
Side effects such as headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and increased liver enzymes may occur with Fluconazole. If you experience serious symptoms, such as skin reactions or liver damage, you should consult your doctor immediately.
I have to take fluconazole for oral candida, could I take it after lunch and ryeco after dinner, what symptoms could I have?

It has clinically relevant interactions and should not be combined with fluconazole.
According to the manufacturer: "If concomitant use of Ryeqo with oral P-gp inhibitors (e.g. fluconazole) once or twice daily cannot be avoided, Ryeqo should be taken first and the dose of the P-gp inhibitor should be administered at least 6 hours apart; At the same time, the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients should be monitored more frequently."
