Why do the symptoms return after 3 weeks of using Mirtazapine, even though there was an improvement before?

For 3 weeks I have been taking mirtazapine 7.5 mg in the evening. 2 weeks I noticed that it was better, but now in the 3rd week everything returns, why can this happen?

Return of symptoms after initial improvement during treatment with Mirtazapine may be due to the body's adaptation to the drug or insufficient dose.

I encourage you to consult with a doctor who will assess your condition and adjust the dosage if necessary or consider other therapeutic options. It is important not to stop treatment without consultation, as this can cause your health to deteriorate. The doctor will be able to assess your individual situation and choose the optimal procedure.
