Pulling pain in the lower abdomen after laparoscopic removal of the endometrial cyst and cauterization of endometriosis foci may be normal, especially in the first weeks after surgery. Manipulation of the abdominal cavity and the introduction of hormonal therapy, such as Zafrilla, can cause pain.

It is important to monitor the severity of the pain and if it worsens or if you experience other worrying symptoms, contact your doctor. A follow-up ultrasound, scheduled for a month after the procedure, will allow you to assess the healing process.
