Artigo works by relieving symptoms of dizziness and nausea. Cynarizine and dimenhydramine affect the nervous system, which allows for the reduction of these symptoms. The drug is recommended for use by adults and its dosage is usually one tablet three times a day, for a maximum of four weeks.
