Tormentiol is used to treat skin lesions such as scratches, abrasions, abscesses, etc. Due to the proximity of the mucous membrane in the intimate area, a better solution would be to use other preparations that are intended for application to the labia (most are subject to a doctor's prescription). If you are not able to consult your gynaecologist, it is better to buy Tormentille baby. It is an ointment used for diaper-skin lesions, containing no borax.
