Currently, it is not possible to buy a German e-prescription in Poland. If you have a German health card, it cannot be used to fill an e-prescription in Poland. The systems are not compatible, and Polish pharmacies are not adapted to read foreign health records. The cross-border e-prescription system in the European Union is still in the development phase and does not yet cover all Member States.
When it comes to shipping to Germany, this is also not possible, due to legal regulations. This drug can only be reserved and purchased in a pharmacy in Poland, provided that you have a valid prescription.
