Hello! I got a prescription for a medication for insomnia. In the preview, my data matches. However, the pharmacy does not want to fill my e-prescription, claiming that it is incomplete. I went back to the doctor to correct the prescription, he was proud that the prescription was fine and he would not correct anything. Is this provision OK? Please answer

Nasen contains zolpidem, a psychotropic hypnotic drug. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 11 September 2006 on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, category 1 precursors and preparations containing these drugs or substances, the prescription for a psychotropic drug must additionally include a provision concerning the total amount of the active substance or the amount expressed in terms of the number of dosage units and the dose amount that is missing from your prescription. On the electronic prescription, this amount can be entered in words or numbers, for example, this entry may look like this: "Confirmed amount of active substance: 300 mg". Without this provision, the pharmacy cannot fill the prescription, so it is necessary for a doctor to issue a new prescription containing an appropriate provision regarding the amount of psychotropic substance prescribed on the prescription.
