Use Candepres regularly as your doctor has told you. The best antihypertensive effect is obtained within 4 weeks of using the drug. In patients who do not have adequate blood pressure control after this time, the dose may be increased to 16 mg once daily and up to a maximum of 32 mg once daily. The decision to increase the dose is at the discretion of the treating physician.
