I don't know if I didn't pour too little water into the antibiotic Ceclor

Hello
I don't know if I didn't pour too little water into the antibiotic ceclor 75ml... I have been prescribed a treatment for 7 days, but after 4 days I have the impression that I will run out of Prescribed : 2x 5ml for a 13-month-old baby about 10 kg I suspect that I poured half (22ml) less water out of fatigue.

Please contact your doctor to determine further treatment. Your doctor will examine your child to determine if you need to continue taking the antibiotic.

I have attached helpful materials:

Up to @Xxxx:

Administering too much of an antibiotic can increase the risk of side effects such as diarrhea, vomiting or allergic reactions.

Contact your treating doctor or the pediatric helpline to discuss your situation and decide if you need a new antibiotic. It is also important to observe the child for any disturbing symptoms and report them immediately.

Hello
I was given the antibiotic ospamox 500. I realized that I had made the medicine wrong, I had poured half of the water too little. I poured water into a measuring cup and mixed it and gave it to the child. And I should have put water to the line again, I don't know how I didn't read it and didn't do it. The child is 7 months old, the recommended dose is 2 ml, and I kind of doubled this dose. Should I call for a new antibiotic? Can something happen to a child?
