Can Diane-35 be used for elevated male hormones in a girl?

Diana was prescribed by an endocrinologist when diagnosed with adrenal hyperplasia. Increased levels of male hormones and decreased levels of female hormones in a girl. I try to trust the doctor, but nowhere on the Internet have I found reviews for this particular diagnosis

Diane-35 is a preparation containing cyproterone acetate and ethinylestradiol. These are substances that have a beneficial effect on states of excessive androgenization, i.e. excessive production of male hormones.
Cyproterone acetate reduces the concentration of androgens in the blood, this effect is enhanced by the presence of ethinyl estradiol, which causes a decrease in circulating free, non-protein bound androgens. Due to these properties of Diane-35, the endocrinologist recommended the use of the drug.
