I have 46 very irregular periods, for 8 days I have been taking orgametril to stop bleeding very scanty but lasting longer than usual, can I have further spotting by taking the pills? Have I not been affected by practically two days only spotting and brown shreds

Usually, the spotting goes away within a few days of starting treatment.
Unless otherwise advised by your doctor, the treatment is repeated for the next 3 menstrual cycles, using 1 tablet a day from the 14th to the 25th day of each cycle. If the symptoms do not improve during or after treatment, additional diagnostic tests are necessary.
Therefore, if spotting also occurs in the next cycle of Orgametril, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
