According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, alcohol consumption is not recommended while using Primolut-Nor. It is best to refrain from drinking alcohol altogether during treatment with this medication.

Hormonal medications, such as Primolut-Nor, can lose their effectiveness when exposed to alcohol, as alcohol can weaken the effects of hormones or increase their side effects. In addition, under the influence of alcohol, the patient may forget to take the pill.
