Is the discharge with white lumps the result of treatment with Gynoflor or a recurrence of an intimate infection?

Good morning, two days ago I stopped taking macmirror 500 for vaginal yeast infection, then one night I took gynoflor and the other camditon and I am going to take them alternately because after gynoflora I feel a slight irritation, tonight I saw that white large lumps are coming out of my vagina, is it possible that after two days my fungal infection has returned again or could it be the result of taking one of the medications?

The described "white lumps" are most likely mucus mixed with the remains of vaginal preparations. A recurrence of infection may be suspected if vaginal discharge is accompanied by symptoms such as burning, itching, and unpleasant odor.
