What should I do if I mistakenly took Bisoprolol instead of Amlopin a second time?

Good evening. Please tell me what I should do? I drink besoprolol 5 mg in the morning and amlopolin 2.5 mg in the evening. By mistake, instead of amlopin, I drank besoprolol 5 mg. An hour after taking it, my pulse is 77, and my blood pressure is 135 to 75.Should I drink amlopin in the evening?

If you have mistakenly taken Bisoprolol instead of Amlopin, you should be careful because both of these drugs work on the cardiovascular system.

In this situation, taking a dose of Amlopin could further lower blood pressure and affect heart rhythm. So skip the evening dose.

Also, keep an eye on your symptoms - any signs of unusual effects of the medication, such as dizziness, weakness, nausea, drops in blood pressure, shortness of breath or abnormal heart rhythm, contact your doctor or go to the emergency room.

If, despite everything, you are not sure about this situation, it is always a good idea to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:
