When do Vibin pills start to work and you no longer need to use additional contraception?
I've been taking the pills for over two years now, I'm 3 days after the end of the cycle, do the pills already work or will they start after day 7? I am 6 days before ovulation, I have not ejaculated inside or around the vagina, what is the risk of getting pregnant?

If you started taking the pill on day 1 of your cycle - that is, on day 1 of your period - you are protected from the very beginning of your hormonal contraception. In order for the tablets to be effective, they must be taken correctly (at a fixed time each day, according to the manufacturer's recommendations). The patient is protected against unwanted pregnancy for the entire period of taking the active pills and placebo tablets. During the use of combined contraceptive pills, ovulation does not occur because the activity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis stops (the maturation of the ovarian follicle is inhibited). Inevitably, when using Vibin mini, you can't observe ovulation, because the cycle looks completely different. When used correctly, the combined pill is one of the most effective contraceptive methods. In such a situation, the risk of pregnancy is negligible and there is no need to use other types of protection.
