Tetralysal is a prescription medicine and should be used exactly as prescribed.
This drug is used to treat acne vulgaris and rosacea, and the dosage regimens for both diseases are as follows:
For the long-term treatment of acne vulgaris:
300 mg (1 capsule) daily for 12 weeks.
For the treatment of rosacea, the recommended dose for adults is initially 600 mg (2 capsules) per day for 10 days, then 300 mg (1 capsule) per day for 3 to 6 months.
Therefore, there is no indication to take the drug every other day.
If you have any doubts about the dosage of the medication or have experienced side effects after using it, I would advise you to consult your doctor.
Do not decide to change your dosage on your own.
