Should Brnocho-Vaxom be discontinued?

Hello. My son had recently had pneumonia with a terrible fever that lasted a very long time and it was hard to beat it. We got broncho vaxom . He got on Friday the first given and from the evening fever until now which returns Pompeii after 2 hours . What to do ? Discontinued? Give another 3rd capsule today ? I don't know what to do. My son is getting very tired.

Do not stop treatment with Broncho-Vaxom without talking to your doctor.

Symptoms can also result from another infection, which is why the fever is difficult to control. If you have a persistent fever (despite taking antipyretics), you should seek medical attention.
Discuss with your doctor a fever-reducing regimen for your child. It is possible to alternate between paracetamol and ibuprofen, which works well for children. There are also preparations that are combined with these substances, but they are obtained with a prescription from a doctor's prescription. Also remember to irrigate properly, apply cool compresses to the neck or forehead and ventilate the rooms.

I am attaching information about the possibility of using a teleconsultation with a paediatrician:
