Can I buy Cortineff tablets for my dog with a veterinary prescription from Ukraine?

Can I buy Cortineff tablets for my dog using veterinary receipt from Ukraine?
My dog have Addison decease, and his dose is much higher compared to human (9 tablets a day). If yes, what are the mandatory fields to be filled in receipt?

No, it will not be possible to fill such a prescription. Cross-border prescriptions are for people, not animals. You can ask a Polish veterinarian to issue a prescription for Cortineff.
