My doctor was supposed to write a prescription for Cannabis indica, and I was given Cannabis sativa at the pharmacy. What should I do?

My doctor was supposed to write prescription for indica and I think the pharmacy gave me Sativa?

If you suspect that you have received a different medication from a pharmacy than the one prescribed on your prescription, the first thing you should do is contact the pharmacy. Your pharmacist will verify that your prescription has been filled correctly. If the prescription was filled incorrectly, you are entitled to a refund of the incorrectly dispensed medicine. Of course, the correct medication will also be dispensed.

In the UK, a doctor can prescribe medical marijuana in two different varieties, such as Cannabis indica and Cannabis sativa. A prescription for medicinal marijuana should include:
- the name of the plant substance in Latin, i.e. Cannabis flos; - the declared THC and CBD content (e.g. THC 20%, CBD<1 %); - przepisaną masę suszu w gramach; - precyzyjne dawkowanie.
