This is due to the substance in Macmiror.
Nifuratel, the active substance in Macmirol, may cause your urine to turn orange. That should not worry you.
Remember to increase your fluid intake during the treatment. This is especially important when treating a urinary tract infection.
When you stop taking the medicine, the colour of your urine should return to normal.
