Is prescription needed to get Mounjaro from pharmacy in Poland?
Also, is it possible to get this medicine shipped to Serbia, as it is not available here?
I tried contacting one pharmacy directly to ask, but I guess they either didn't see or didn't understand my email.

Yes, you need a prescription (it can also be a Serbian prescription) to get Mounjaro from a pharmacy in Poland, but it is not possible to ship the medicine abroad. You can book the medicine at a pharmacy in Poland, then pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice - then you will need to present a prescription. Mail order sales (including to Serbia) are only possible for over-the-counter medicines, cosmetics, supplements, etc.
The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book the medicine at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it after presenting a prescription:
