You should consult your doctor as soon as possible.
There is no specific antidote to quetiapine. In case of severe poisoning, the possibility of taking several medications should be considered. The patient should be treated in an intensive care unit.
It is recommended to obtain and maintain airway patency to ensure adequate oxygenation and ventilation. Cardiovascular function should be monitored and maintained.
