No interaction studies have been performed with Kreon Travix. The preparation contains enzymes that occur physiologically in the human body. The Summary of Product Characteristics of Xifaxan also does not indicate a risk of potential interactions when both medicinal products are used concomitantly. On the basis of the above data - I do not see any contraindications to combining the treatment. It is a good practice to take different medications at an interval to avoid, for example, possible stomach irritation.
