Yes, you can lie with your legs raised on the pillow. With thrombosis of the lower extremities, it is even advisable. It is recommended to sleep at night with your limbs slightly elevated (e.g. by placing 3-4 cm pads under the foot of the bed).
It is also advisable to rest frequently with the limbs raised during the day. All you have to do is rest your legs on the chair. It is also good to do gymnastics to strengthen the calf muscles, i.e. standing on tiptoes, lifting the toes in a standing position.
In the case of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs, it is worth being under constant medical supervision.
