Can I buy medical marijuana with a prescription from the UK in Poland?

Good afternoon,

I have travelled to Wroclaw and I have a uk medical cannabis prescription however I didn’t bring anything with me to smoke or to even get more as I didn’t realise the laws here were for medical use..

I have BIPOLAR AFFECTIVE DISORDER (diagnosed) and I’m feeling an episode coming on and I’m in a foreign country.

Would you accept a uk medical prescription?
