Can Primolut-Nor interfere with my ovulation test?

Hello, I've been taking primolut nor since 17 dc for 10 days 2X1. and I have a question because I have to take it for another 5 days and out of curiosity I did ovulation tests that come out positive. The pregnancy test is negative so far. Can this medication interfere with the result of the ovulation test? Or maybe it's a pregnancy, but it's still too early for a positive result.

Primolut Nor is a hormonal medication used to treat menstrual disorders and endometriosis. It contains norethisterone, a synthetic form of the hormone progesterone. Primolut Nor may affect ovulation and menstrual cycles. Therefore, it is possible that the drug may interfere with the results of ovulation tests. In most cases, you do not ovulate while taking the medication - so if you have just finished treatment, the chances of you being pregnant are slim.

It is worth remembering that a pregnancy test may be more reliable after some time after taking the drug, when the body has time to react to hormonal changes.
