Hello. I have been using the Evra contraceptive patch for several months. After the last break of 7 days, I didn't apply the patch right away, but 4 days later, which I found out could be enough to produce eggs, so contraception is no longer effective, or at least I can't be sure. In such a situation, can I interrupt the current 3-week cycle of patches and discontinue it in the second week, and then apply the patch from the new cycle on the 1st day of menstruation? Greetings :)

You can do that. Before starting a new pack of patches, it is a good idea to perform a follow-up pregnancy test.
I've included links to websites where you can compare the prices of sample pregnancy tests in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:

In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź or Białystok, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:

If the test is negative, you can start a new 4-week cycle. For the first patch from a new package, it is a good idea to use an additional protection in the form of a condom as a preventive measure.
