Can you combine Sertranorm and Betaloc?

Two days ago I was prescribed sertranorm. I've been taking Betaloc for a few years now, can these two drugs be combined? My blood pressure is 100/66 I've read that it interacts.

Combining these medicines may require readjustment of the dose of Betaloc.
