Vemonis Femi contains three active substances - metamizole, drotaverine and caffeine.
Scopolan Compositum, on the other hand, contains two active substances - metamizole and hyoscine.
Hyoscine and drotaverine are antispasmodic drugs. On the other hand, the dose of the painkiller metamizole in Vemonis Femi is higher. Caffeine is an additive that accelerates the analgesic effect of metazmizole.
