What to use instead Levoftyal?

After taking Levoftyal, I have swelling of my eyelid. ( I have undergone glaucoma implant surgery. I also use 2 other drops: Dexamethason and Tropicamidum. I discontinued the levoftyal. What should I use instead of this medication.

Seek medical attention. Levoftyal drops are indicated for use in bacterial eye infections - if there is an infection, it will be necessary to choose other drops with antibacterial properties, and such preparations are only available on prescription.
