Can Zentel seriously damage the stomach?

Information on gastrointestinal side effects of Zentel in the summary of product characteristics:

"Gastrointestinal disorders:

Uncommon: Upper gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. pain in the
epigastric or abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting), diarrhoea."

Based on the information above, I do not think there is a risk of stomach damage after using this drug. Transient irritation of the upper gastrointestinal tract can occur after each preparation, which does not mean that this situation has to occur.
