Whether Urosept affects the result of blood glucose testing?
I take Urosept for cystitis 3 times a day for two tablets. Can taking these medications falsify the blood glucose test result? If so, how long after you finish taking the pills should you do a blood test?

To date, Urosept has not been shown to affect laboratory results. However, it contains sucrose, which is a sugar and can raise blood glucose levels. I encourage you to test your blood glucose level at least 12 hours after taking a dose of Urosept.
