Can a pharmacist dispense me 20 tablets of Xanax 0.25mg at the pharmacy?

Hello. I was prescribed Xanax 05 mg 50 tablets, however, it is not available anywhere and I was given a pack of 30 tablets instead of 50 because the pharmacy only had one pack of 0.5 mg in stock. If I go to this pharmacy now and they have Xanax 0.25 mg there, is there a possibility that they will give me a 0.25 mg package. In exchange for the missing 20 tablets, or are the 20 tablets simply gone? Best regards.

According to the Material Safety Data Sheet, a Xanax blister contains 30 tablets, the pharmacist will not be able to divide the blister and dispense 20 Xanax 0.25 mg tablets. A new prescription will be necessary.
