Can taking expired Pramolan harm me?

I was prescribed Pramolan, and I noticed that I had an old package, so I took the drug, but I noticed after swallowing it that it was a year overdue. Should I be stressed about something happening to me or can I sleep well? (I have an anxiety disorder) I only took 50mg and I'm worried.

Ingestion of expired medicine may lead to gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. However, if these symptoms do not occur or are mild, there is no need to consult a doctor urgently. You should watch your body and increase your fluid intake - drink plenty of water.
