How to take Magne b6 Forte, Neurovit, Calperos 500 and Ibuvit 4000 for tetany?
Hello.I have been diagnosed with tetany and I am advised to take medications such as: Magne b6 forte,,Neurovit ,,Calperos 500 ,Ibuvit 4000..But I don't know how to take them ?? Should one be taken at the same time, or should one keep a distance from the other? And how many pills a day should I take each medication ?? Can you advise how it should look like?

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is a water-soluble vitamin, so it is difficult to overdose and the excess is removed with the urine. When administered together with magnesium, it increases its absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.
Long-term intake of high doses of vitamin B6 (usually 1000 mg or more) can cause adverse symptoms in the nervous system: lack of muscle coordination, degeneration of nervous tissue, muscle weakness, unsteady gait, tingling sensation.
If lacquer is taken as prescribed by your doctor, then there is a small chance of an overdose of pyridoxine.
Neurovit and magne b6 should not be taken due to the duplication of vitamin b6, which can be overdosed. You need to choose magnesium without vitamin B6.

At the outset, it should be noted, the treatment of tetany is carried out under the supervision of a doctor. When using the above-mentioned medicines, the dosage instructions given by the doctor should be followed. If you have not been given a specific dosing regimen, read the package leaflets and follow the instructions before using the medicines.

Magne B6 Forte: 2x2 tabl. per day. It should be taken with meals.

Ibuvit 4000: 1 caps. swallowed whole and washed down with water. It is best to take the drug with your main meal. Vitamin D should not be taken in the evening, as it can interfere with the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep.

As part of tetany prevention, you should not reach for products that hinder the absorption of calcium and magnesium or flush them out of the body, i.e. avoid products rich in phosphates, such as processed products (especially canned products), beverages (e.g. Coca-Cola), dry meats. It is worth limiting the consumption of tea, coffee, and even more so alcohol, which is not conducive to the proper absorption of magnesium, has a harmful effect on the functioning of the nervous system and can intensify anxiety and depression experienced by those suffering from tetany.
