For a child weighing 21 kg, it is recommended to use Taromentin doses up to (945 + 134.4) mg amoxicillin + clavulanic acid/day. There is (800 + 114) mg in 10 ml, so the dose is adequate. It is recommended to administer the drug in two divided doses, i.e. in this case 2 x 5 ml per day.
