These symptoms are not typical of Epclusa discontinuation. Perhaps an infection develops at the same time, hence weakness and shortness of breath.
It is worth consulting a doctor, more detailed tests may be necessary.
You may want to get a home test for infections like COVID-19, flu or RSV. Such tests can be purchased in pharmacies, also with shipping.
