Good morning
I wanted to know if the following prescription for a prescription drug can be priced at a lump sum:
Rp.
Sustonite 0.2
Lidocaini hydrochlorici 4.0
Vit. E puri 3.0
Celugeli ad 100,00
M.f. gelatum
D.S. 2x daily 1 gram of gel
Personally, I think so, because Sustonit is reimbursed and the single dose of nitroglycerin specified in da signa is 2 mg, which is lower than the lowest dose of the finished drug when used orally.
I will be grateful for your opinion!

Pursuant to Article 6(5) of the Reimbursement Act:
'Prescription medicines prepared from pharmaceutical raw materials or from finished medicines for which an administrative decision on reimbursement has been issued shall be dispensed to the beneficiary for a lump sum payment, provided that the prescribed dose of the prescription drug is less than the lowest dose of the finished medicine in solid oral form.'
Sustonit is a reimbursable preparation, the lowest registered dose is 6.5 mg. The prescribed dose of the prescription drug is 2 x 1g, one gram of the drug contains 2mg of Sustonite, this dose is less than the lowest one registered. The composition of the prescription drug meets the reimbursement requirements.
